Five local Chefs have been invited by one of Southern California's most popular, retired Vietnamese PHO Masters, Mai Doan, to learn her secrets to making the very complex and soul satisfying authentic Pho, as well as Goi Ga, a traditional chicken salad. After spending the day in the kitchen, these chefs and Mai, will serve the Pho and Gai Ga to the community as a fundraiser for Project MANA.
