Content Guidelines

We reserve the right to remove any single piece or multiple pieces of content contributed by members and/or users of the site which do not meet the content guidelines.

Reviews and/or seller responses, and any other content provided by users are subjective opinions of those users and are not the opinions of Kynbo nor does Kynbo endorse them.  

We are not responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the menu listings, diner reviews, and/or restaurant responses provided on the site.

Users of the site may not contribute any content that may infringe on anyone's rights, violate the law, or be otherwise inappropriate.  

Obscene, derogatory, discriminatory, or illegal content is prohibited.  Menu listings, diner reviews, and/or restaurant responses that include marketing content that would promote other businesses, services, products, and/or websites is not allowed.

 

Menu Listings

Menu listings must contain information that is pertinent to the specific restaurant listed and that is directly useful to potential customers.  

Diner reviews and/or restaurant responses, and any other content provided by users are subjective opinions of those users and are not the opinions of Kynbo nor does Kynbo endorse them.

All content provided in the menu listing must be truthful and not intended to mislead potential customers.  All photos and/or videos of menu items and/or restaurant in general must be pertinent to the specific menu listed and not general in nature.

 

Reviews/Responses

Reviews provided by customers must focus on the particulars of that particular purchase only.

Customers providing reviews must be at least 18 years old.

Only customers who are logged-in members of the site may provide reviews.

If requested by Kynbo, customers who submit a product review must be able to provide evidence that they visited and purchased meal items at the restaurant under review.

Personal contact information should not be provided in and reviews and/or restaurant responses.

Restaurants may not provide a review of their own product.

All content provided in the menu review and/or restaurant response must be truthful and not intended to mislead potential future customers and/or the restaurant. 

If you discover a menu listing, diiner review, and/or restaurant response that does not adhere to the guidelines provided above, please send us an email at support@kynbo.com. We will review the reported infraction and immediately remedy the situation if it is warranted.
